Decals Flicker Off

Does anybody know why certain decals flicker off at certain viewing angles? Also how to stop that from happening?

Pain in the *** these decals. They sure like to go wonky and make placing them tough.|||In all honesty there is no way to stop this. I have the same problem with one of my maps. All I can suggest, is not to use too many of the ones that do that, and use more of the others. It is a shame that this game has so many faults with it, and the editor.
