GPG Map Editor Now Available

It's in the GPGnet Vault. Search the "tools" tree of the downloads area. And have fun!|||squidbot|||http://forums.gaspowered.com/viewtopic. ... 110#167110|||unable to download it, when i click the checkbox to agree to the thing, it crashes gpgnet.exe can you host it up somewhere else please? thanks.|||same here.|||They deleted my post, so here's a new one that's updated:

http://forums.gaspowered.com/viewtopic. ... 172#167172|||The link you give yacoub is also dead now.|||Downloaded it and after a crash at the first start (wanted to load a default map) it works. Looks almost exactly like hazard-x's map editor. Haven't found a way to move/tilt/pan the camera yet...|||They keep deleting my posts that note that it's impossible to download right now and I included screenshots showing that. No explanation

except it crashes when i open any map.

but i can make new ones.|||can't wait for the evening to test it, sounds good, very good :)

thx GPG!|||I have discovered that if you go to the top and of gpgnet menu, and enroll in the map volunteer effort, it will download without crashing.|||Wow, is the SupCom part f the forum even still alive???
Anywho, where is this "vault" or "Downloads"? I mean the only place i seem to be able to get the Official Map Editor is FireFront and I'm checking in to see if there is an even newer version then what I've found. which i cant seem to get to run any more.
SupCom and FA are way better then SupCom2 as it only supports like 4 players (no good for team based LAN games).|||The Vault is part of the GPGNet client software that you should have installed as part of your SupCom and FA installation. Make sure you have the latest version (1.5.225.1) before going into the Vault or some problems may occur.
Look at the bottom bar in GPGNet and you will see an icon that looks like a safe. Make sure you are in SupCom original mode and then click the icon. You will open a new window with some stuff listed. On the left side, click the "Tools" link and you will see the main view change to show the tools available. Click the green download button on "Supreme Commander Map Editor v4." Become a map volunteer and download the editor.
By the way, SupCom2 actually does support 8 players on the PC.|||Removed
