whenever i try 2 open a origional fa map the map editor closes without warning. thx in advance|||That is because the editor, can't open any new map that came with FA. The editor is for SupCom maps, and they are the only maps it can open. You are not the first or last to have tried to open those maps. :)|||*sigh of relief*good. the map im trying 2 edit is in vanilla anyway

EDIT:now it happens with vanilla maps |||Q/ Did you start creating your maps in the supcom editor, and then load it into Hazards editor?



Q/ Which Hazards editor won't load the map, Hazards map editor or Hazards marker editor?





A/ If it is Hazards map editor, then you will never be able to load a map that is created first in supcoms editor.



A/ If it is the marker editor, your version must be out of date or corrupted in some way. Make a fresh clean install.|||sorry for not specifying. it was the supcom map editor|||Some/most of the original maps are protected, both SupCom and FA maps. This also includes maps downloaded from The Vault.|||awww
