We thought we would do something special with the map scripting so we added some gameplay options to the lobby menu when selection the map.
Gameplay options are as follows:
Tech by Time.
Game is started at Tech 1 only. At the selected interverals, the next Tech level is unlocked. For example. If you select Tech by Time as 5 mins, at 5mins tech 2 is unlocked, tech3 at 10mins and expermental at 15mins.
PreBuilt Tents.
You can spawn with Prebuild Cybran Engineering tents. You can specify the number to start with from 1 to 6.
Resticted Air.
You can restict air so you can only build Scouts and Transports.
Paragon Wars
This game mode will spawn an enemy civilian army in the middle of the map. The number of defence the army spawns with is random, and the location is random in the middle. A seraphim ruins (dome building) spawns somewhere in the middle. If a player captures the building, he is given a paragon for 60 seconds. After the time is up, his paragon is removed. 10 seconds after this, the middle of the map is nuked, and the civilian army is rebuilt ready for the process to repeat itself.
LightHouse
In each corner of the naval part of the map is a building that gives complete line of site of the naval area of that side of the map when captured.|||This slot is reserved for pictures|||more pictures|||when you get all screens and things up, upload it to SupCom Files through the link in my sig it'll get a boost of publicity :)|||Including options is nice. However
- Add descriptions to lobby options, please.
- The map could need some props and decals. Currently it looks quite boring.
Don't know if the TA metal script could be included into maps directly. So you won't need the mass points.|||The Paragon game is kind of glitched. It puts the ruins on top of other things, making them impossible to kill. After the first time it was captured, two ruins appeared. The opposing team captured the first one, we captured the second, and it gave it to them. It did another round with 2 ruins, then it jumped to 4. After that, it didnt give out any more paragons.|||the find nearest commander function also needs some fixes, it errors quite often, I'll help if you care for it.
